Macedonian food company Vitaminka AD Prilep said on Wednesday it will buy back up to 10% of its share capital over a period of one year.
The company plans to buy back its shares at a price of between 5,000 denars ($104.3/80.8 euro) and 9,000 denars per share in a period of one year.
The company will finance the buyback from its own fund, set up for share repurchases, totalling 48 million denars ($1.0 million/775,040 euro), the statement said.
